What are the shipping costs?

Answer: Shipping is calculated in checkout and depending on where you are located.

 

IMPORTANT:  International orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your NOOH NOOH order and/or shipping total.

 

How can I make a return or a complaint?

We offer easy and quick returns via our return portal. Exchanges are made by first returning the item you no longer want, and then ordering the new product/size through our website. When purchasing from NOOH NOOH you always have the right to change your mind within 60 days of receiving your order, even if your boots have been used. This is our perfect fit guarantee.

 

How much does it cost to return?

Answer: Your return cost is depending on where you are located and carrier service.

The time for your money to be refunded may vary depending on your chosen payment method and the money may take 7-10 business days to be seen in your account from the day the return is processed.

 

Non-Collected Package:

If you miss picking up your package or refuse to accept it, the package will be sent back to us again. Uncollected packages will be charged €35/£35/$35/350 SEK or the corresponding amount in the currency you paid with. The amount will be deducted from the refund you will receive.

 

We reserve the right that it may take longer for the shipping of your order at new releases, promotions, between November-December or other factors/events that may cause higher pressure on the warehouse.
