GUARANTEE ON YOUR RIDING BOOTS

Our riding boots come with a 6-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects.

The warranty covers defects attributable to manufacturing faults – not normal wear and tear, external influences, or damage that occurs with prolonged daily use.

We use high-quality YKK zippers, but the zipper is not covered by the warranty.

The boot's material is waterproof and the seams in the foot part are taped to prevent leakage. However, the zipper is not waterproof. If the boot has laces, the eyelets for the laces are also not waterproof. Therefore, there is a risk that water may penetrate through these parts.

We therefore cannot provide a warranty against water penetrating the boot if water is sprayed directly onto the zipper or lacing. However, the boot is designed to withstand moisture during normal use – such as walking in puddles or on muddy paths.

You always have a 3-year right to make a complaint under the Consumer Purchases Act. After the first 6 months, as a customer, you must be able to demonstrate that it is an original defect. Wear and tear is never covered by a warranty.

Within the warranty included with our riding boots, please contact us at support@noohnooh.com and describe your problem in detail, as well as how and when it was discovered. You need to attach your order number or a copy of the receipt. You also need to attach clear pictures showing the described problem. You must make the claim immediately after the problem was discovered.
