Shipping and delivery
Here you will find all information regarding your shipment.
We pack and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 business days.
The total delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method, but within Sweden, it usually takes 1-2 business days.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email.
When your parcel is ready for collection at the nearest pick-up point, you will receive a notification via email or SMS. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details when placing your order to receive all important information about your delivery.
Sweden: Free shipping over 1500 SEK, otherwise 59 SEK
Norway & UK: Free shipping over 1500 SEK, otherwise 79 SEK
Europe: Free shipping over 1500 SEK, otherwise 79 SEK
USA & rest of the world: 30 USD
Then you should email us at support@noohnooh.com and clearly state your order number.
You email us with your company's organization number and company name, and we will email you a detailed receipt. Please provide your order number when you email us.
Please contact us via email and provide your order number. We will then resend your package to you.

You have 14 days of open purchase from the time you receive your package. During this time, you have the right to try the products at home at your leisure, but they must not have been used.
The products must be returned in new condition, with no signs of use and in their original packaging. If a boot bag or any gift was included in your order, these must also be returned in unused condition.
No, an item must be in new and unused condition and clean in order for you to exchange or return it.
You usually receive a return label with your shipment, which you use to drop off the parcel at a PostNord service point (within Sweden). Once we have received and verified that the item is unused, your order amount will be refunded minus a return fee as follows:
Sweden: 89 SEK
Europe: 250 SEK
Norway & UK: Returns are handled and paid for by the customer
USA & Rest of the World: Returns are handled and paid for by the customer
If you have purchased an item, for example, during a "Sample Sale" or similar event where it is stated as "final sale", no return label will be included in the package.
If you wish to exchange your item for another, please contact us by email before returning the item. Use the return label that came with your shipment (valid in Sweden).
- Sweden: The first exchange is free, thereafter 59 SEK
- Europe: Exchange costs 79 SEK
- Norway & UK: Exchange is handled and paid for by the customer
- USA & rest of the world: Exchange is handled and paid for by the customer
If a package is not collected, it will be returned to us. Your order will then be refunded, but a fee will be deducted from the amount as follows:

Currently, we use PostNord. You can choose a pick-up point at checkout, and it depends on the address to which the package will be sent.
We currently ship to all European countries. Shipping is 79 SEK. If your country is not available, please email us and we will arrange a special solution for you. Email us at support@noohnooh.com
If you live in, for example, Norway or the UK, a customs fee will always be added. Each country has its own rules for how high this fee is, and it is paid directly to the shipping company and is nothing we can influence.
In case of a return, you are responsible for returning the item to us, and unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a return label.
Products must be returned in new condition, with no signs of use, and in their original packaging. If a dust bag or any gift was included in your order, these must also be returned in unused condition.
Do you want to return or exchange something you have purchased? Contact us at support@noohnooh.com within 14 days and we will assist you further. If you wish to exchange a product, for example for a different size, the exchange is free of charge. For returns within Sweden, a return shipping fee of SEK 89 will be deducted from the refund. Returns outside Sweden incur a return fee of SEK 250, which will be deducted from the refund.
Use the enclosed return label to return the item or for exchanges. If you have lost the return shipping label, you can email us, and we will send a new one to your email address.
Products marked as Final Sale are sold at heavily discounted prices and are therefore not covered by:
