ANSWERS TO ALL YOUR QUESTIONS REGARDING EXCHANGES & RETURNS

IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT THE FIT, READ THIS FIRST:
Often we can solve fit problems in the foot part by sending you new insoles and/or a heel lift. If the boot feels a bit too big in the foot, a thicker insole will solve the problem perfectly.
If the boot is a bit too tight in the foot, we can send a thinner insole and that problem will also be solved. Therefore, it is important that you contact us BEFORE returning the boot as the problem can usually be easily solved by us sending you new insoles.
TIP! You can try removing the insole at home to feel how much extra space your foot gets. If you have a thinner insole at home, you can of course use it. Try to experiment to find what suits you best.
The most important thing is that the riding boot is not too low – rather a little too high than too low. If the boot feels somewhat too high at first, we can send you heel inserts that you can use until the boot has conformed to your leg.
The boot MUST BE TIGHT when you try it on for the first time. Don't worry if there's a gap of up to 4 cm.
If the zipper goes up easily or relatively easily the first time, the boot will be too big. In that case, we recommend going down one size in width.
If the gap is 4 cm or more, we recommend going up one size in width.
It is important that you carefully follow our guide for fitting riding boots.

HOW TO PROPERLY FIT THE BOOT!
Here, you need patience and let the boot do the work.
- Start by stretching the shaft by hand before putting on the boot.
- Then, put on the boot and pull up the zipper as far as you can.
- When it stops, walk around in the boot or sit down and relax a bit so that your leg can warm up the material.
- After a few minutes, pull up the zipper a little more.
- Be careful to keep a finger inside the zipper so it doesn't pinch you or get stuck in your riding sock.
- Pull up the zipper a little more, in steps.
- Once you have pulled up the zipper almost all the way, you can close the top snap and wear the riding boot for about 20-30 minutes.
- Done! The boot is now fitted, and you can get on your horse.
Our material is completely unique in that it molds itself around your ankle and calf with the help of your BODY HEAT. The material expands with heat, which is why it is so important that you DO NOT RUSH when trying on the boot for the first time.
Generally, if you go up one shoe size, e.g., from 39 to 40, the boot will not be taller but 0.5 cm wider in the calf. If you go from 39 to 38, it will be 0.5 cm tighter.
If, for example, you have a 39 2 HIGH and it fits very tightly, and you're wondering if a 39 3 HIGH would be better, you can count on the difference between the widths within the same shoe size being 1.5-2 cm. This is quite a bit if you feel the boot might be just a little too tight. If you can't close the zipper at all, you should go up one size in the calf.
Another example could be that shoe size 39 2 HIGH feels a bit too narrow in the foot but is perfect in height and width. In that case, we will replace your insole to give your foot more room, and we won't change anything else. Since we insert a thinner sole, the boot might become a few millimeters taller, but if that's not desired, a heel lift will solve it.
TIP! You can try taking out the insole at home to feel how much extra space your foot gets.
